We were excited to see that the New York Daily News featured a new Stella McCartney stiletto described as a “high-end make over” of Birkenstock with a “Birkenstock-esque buckled strap and the signature comfortable cork sole.”
From coverage in top lifestyle mags like Elle, Oprah and Shape, to celebs like Robert Pattinson, Usher and Drew Barrymore sporting their favorite Birkenstock styles, we’re flattered that our footwear continues to be a beloved, timeless favorite and fashion designers like the talented Stella McCartney are inspired by our signature styles and materials.
While Stella’s stilettos are $625 a pair, and don’t look quite as comfortable as your favorite pair of Birkenstocks, we think it’s fun to see what a pair of our shoes would look like if designed for the runways of New York, Paris and Milan.
So, what will you be wearing this spring?
I just saw the answer to my prayers. I love your product. I have trouble getting some of your styles past my office dress code. I saw something on another vendors website you must see. When I am attending a bussiness meeting and meeting with customers it is hard to make the cork match what I am wearing. I was just on the “Onestopshop.com” on line under the “Roaman’s” brand tab looking at “Shoes and Accessories” section, then went to “Sandals”, looking at a “Missy” Thong by Comfortview. They had wraped the outside of the footbed with the same color and material that the shoe was made out of. Please, please, consider this option. I live in your product away from work, and some shoe styles work with me, but not the clogs. Please help us where your product at work. WE LOVE WHAT IT DOES FOR OUR HEALTH, WELLBEING, COMFORT, AND KEEPS US PAIN FREE. Please let me know if the factory will consider this option. Thank you for your time, and listening!
